Clean up Outlook newsletters with a reviewed plan

Start with newsletters you no longer read, rather than selecting every unread message. An unread receipt or personal message may still matter.

Separate the backlog from future mail

Archiving tidies messages already received. Unsubscribing asks a sender to stop future mail. These are separate decisions: archiving a newsletter does not unsubscribe you.

  1. Review newsletter sender groups and example subjects.
  2. Keep subscriptions you value and protect important senders.
  3. Approve an archive batch for the older mail you choose.
  4. If available, explicitly request unsubscribe for an eligible sender.

Unsubscribe has limits

InboxPurity offers eligible one-click mechanisms and refuses suspected spam. An accepted request does not guarantee that future mail will stop. Avoid interacting with suspicious senders.

AI is optional. Archiving does not free storage. Completed cleanup moves can be reviewed in history and recovery requested within 30 days.
