Scope and authorization
InboxPurity provides reviewed mailbox cleanup for Outlook and Microsoft 365. Connect only a mailbox you own or are authorized to manage. Organization accounts may require administrator approval. Early-access availability and provider access can change.
Preview and paid cleanup
Previewing a cleanup plan is free and does not execute it. A US$19 one-time purchase provides one approved batch of selected sender groups. A US$29/year subscription includes cleanup, saved rules and follow-up reviews, renews yearly until cancelled, and is managed through the Stripe billing portal. The checkout screen shows the amount before you pay. A single-cleanup purchase does not turn on AI or supply an OpenAI key.
Payment confirmation is processed through Stripe. A return to the app alone does not grant access. Nothing moves merely because you paid: you must explicitly approve selected sender groups. A credit is attached to that batch when it is staged; automatic retries of that batch do not use a second credit. Stopping or undoing a batch does not create a new credit.
Archive and recovery
Archiving moves messages within your mailbox and does not free storage. Review sender addresses, sample subjects and protection settings before approving a batch. You can request restoration of selected messages or the batch within its 30-day recovery window without another purchase, including after a subscription ends. Recovery depends on messages, original folders and provider access still being available. Check operation results; protection and classification cannot identify every important message.
Billing support and cancellation
Cancel an annual subscription through Manage or cancel in Settings. Access remains available for the recorded paid period, subject to payment status. If you see a duplicate charge, a failed cleanup or an unused purchase you want refunded, contact us with the purchase reference. We review refund requests through support; clicking undo does not itself issue a refund. A full refund or open/lost payment dispute removes an unused single-cleanup credit. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Optional processing and acceptable use
AI requires separate consent, as described in the privacy notice. Do not use the service to access another person’s mailbox without authority, interfere with the service or bypass safeguards. You retain ownership of your mail. We process mailbox information to provide the actions you request; these terms do not grant a general licence to publish your mail.
Service limits and contact
Keep independent access to Outlook and any records you need. Early-access software and external providers can fail or become unavailable. Contact us promptly about an incorrect operation or payment. We will provide the recorded result and help investigate the issue.
