Undo Outlook cleanup and restore archived emails

InboxPurity records cleanup moves so you can review what changed and request a reversal. The recovery window is 30 days; check the deadline displayed for each run.

Restore a cleanup run

1. Open the recovery center in the app.
2. Select the cleanup run and inspect its completed operations.
3. Request recovery of selected messages or the entire run within its deadline.
4. Wait for the job and review its result, including any failed operations.

Recovery is an operation, not a guarantee

Restoration attempts to return messages to their recorded original folders. Mailbox changes, removed messages, permissions or service failures can prevent a move. Inspect the result instead of assuming every item was restored.

After the recovery window

Archived messages remain in the mailbox unless moved or deleted separately. InboxPurity recovery records expire; archiving itself is not permanent deletion and does not reduce mailbox storage.
